Founded in 1989 MTBN provides a specialist consultancy service advising clients on the sale or purchase of automotive businesses and properties throughout the UK.

Initially this primarily focused on car dealerships, bodyshops and petrol service stations evolving to encompass automotive parts suppliers and other businesses throughout the automotive supply chain. The reach of the business has also extended through a network of contacts to provide a global coverage of potential purchasers.
